Panelists: * Dr. Ford Doolittle is the Director of the Program in Evolutionary Biology of the Canadian Institute of Advanced Research; he holds a Canada Research Chair in Comparative Microbial Genomics, and is Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Dalhousie University. * Dr. Aled Edwards, senior research scientist, University of Toronto and CEO of the International Structural Genomics Consortium. * Dr. Siddika Mithani is currently Director General of the Veterinary Drugs Directorate (VDD), Health Canada.
