Conférencier : Philippe Steiner, Centre d'études sociologiques de la Sorbonne, Université de Paris - Sorbonne. La conférence présente les enjeux actuels du commerce de la transplantation d’organes.La transplantation suppose que soient disponibles des organes humains afin de remplacer les organes défaillants des personnes malades. Comment ces organes sont-ils obtenus? La pression des demandeurs étant de plus en plus forte, un marché des donneurs d’organes tend à se créer. Ce marché est actuellement interdit, sauf en Iran, et la traversée de ce tabou pose le problème de la commercialisation de l’humain. Voir aussi ici. |
